Wow, this is amazing. I love the vertical lines with a little twist. I think it would look cool horizontal also. Great colors too ... wonderful work John.
Like this very much. The shapes, the colours the design are all very smooth and silky. It reminds me a little of a strand of DNA curling apart and duplicating! Lovely image.
I really like this version too. Apart from the poking out blinds, I probably prefer the other personally, but not, I think, because it is better.
This makes me think of the way Venetian blinds can get twisted around. Never seen any this beautifully coloured or brilliantly metallic though. I do find myself wanted to turn my head to see it horizontally, but might well do that if it was the other way around, too!
It makes me think of slinkies, fans and shells - all of these and none of them.
I don't know what it is - maybe that's the mind bending part of the whole thing?!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I think I should come back in after a couple glasses of wine and see if I can comment on this in a better fashion..Nope...didn't help..LOL...I really do like this, Mr. Cowardly. Very nice work, as usual, I might add.
Well I don't think I need the couple of glasses - this has the same effect :) What a saving, and no headache afterwards -
Great image, I like it heaps.
