It does for everyone every so often in your life. Usually when you need to sit back and think about something that just happened. LOL Thanks for the views and comments. J

Well about the only time when time stands still for me is when I have to go to the city for some dumb reason or another and I get stuck in traffic. I feel like I'm going to live forever when that happens..and it's not a pretty sight. This IS a pretty sight, and one I will perhaps console myself with when all I can see is miles of chrome and steel, or whatever it is they make cars outta..probably molded plastic..::LOL::
I rather like the image, though I'm having trouble with both the suggested interpretation and an alternative.
I must say, time tends to stand still in my experience just when I least want it to. If I _need_ time to think, it rushes at twice the usual speed; if I'm stuck on a long-haul flight, that's when it chooses to stop, dawdle and run backwards for a bit.
This makes me think more of a sun-dial than a clock with a pendulum or a tick (I know you didn't specify). So, maybe an eclipse? Or the darkness of night?
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Daring in its complexity. Dazzling in its scope. I've often wondered what Randy and you could do together. You're both amazing in your own special way.
