Strangely effective colour choices - not strange that you'd choose effectively, that is, but strange that these colours are such a choice. To me, obviously.

Falling into light?

It is, as DixieNormus pointed out, very pretty indeed. It shines rather than shimmering on my screen, but it shines beautifully.

Wooooo, gives me goosebumps! What a beautiful repeating pattern on this one and the gold is sensational as well. Sorry I don't have a beer, but you could check out PJ's St. Paddy' pic! LOL

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

I'm impressed, John, by the ways it starts at the top like a drawing to developp in this shining metal texture, by the striking gradient. Fantastic. You've done yourself proud today, my friend. Outstanding posts. :)
