I agree with fogz - not sure the genie is actually in sight, but definitely the genie's lamp, half obscured by the thick mists releasted when the genie emerges. Let's hope the genie _is_ in there somewhere and you can persuade him, her or it back in the bottle.

Reminds me of the old tune "Strange Brew" by the group Cream. There is definitely a cup and rather large plate there with some pretty strange brew making that pretty strange steam rise. Another great from the Master at the Gate of the Emerald City.
