i was telling someone the story of my eldest childs birth and the preceding months, to someone today...
the labour sucked-
and delivery was-unspeakable...
but the pregnancy was like that!
quite a magical time-
and oddly enough, he has grown into a magical human being in spite of his mother!!
It makes me think of those obstacle courses for marble-sized balls you sometimes see - the series of slopes and drops, weight-triggered traps etc. which take the ball from the top to the bottom. Or sometimes you see them for coins for charity collections, too. Fabulous looking example - I've never seen one this beautiful and exquisitely lit before.
