Still with me ?? Ok this post "Golden Splendor" is the second stop before we get to The Little Fat Flower the final product of the making of the flower. On this one I used the editor again (the triangles in apophysis) and brought more of a flower effect into play from "Garden Swirl" it's looking better but not quite done. See the above link for the final flower. This should give you some idea what it takes to make an image in apophysis. That's why I have less hair in my mane now then when I started with apophysis. LOL Thanks and I hope you enjoyed the journey. :) J

I'm not a fractal fan but this is a fabulous image. I love the flowing pattern of color.

Ya know, if you lose all that beautiful mane of yours, you could remake this into a wig instead of a flower..the colors are right, you have to admit :)

These look really cool if you look at them side by side in your gallery. I can see them hanging in a threesome on the wall. Very classy actually.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

This is a beautiful, beautiful image.

Also, it stands out among fractal pieces because most fractal pieces have a "hard" look -- lots of edges, sharp points.

I like this independently of the final version. This looks like a mountain of that hard candy twisted into an abstract sculpture. It is still, but it suggests the waves of the ocean...
