THE CAMERA'S ONLY JOB is to get out of the way of making photographs. It's entirely an artist's eye, patience, and skill that makes an image. ~Ken Rockwell VISIT MY GALLERY

It does have a tendency to draw one in and on and on and on...and hey...where is Pat? I hope she didn't fall into this one and that's why she's MIA :(

Beautiful and unusual. It makes me think of (part of) a suit of armour - the arm, maybe, curving and pointing off... elsewhere. I like this a lot and I'm not entirely sure why. It has a smokey feel/look to it - that kind of smokey purple - and I think I like that combined with the lights.

It is mesmerizing, indeed. I guess you probably found that out the hard way? ;)

I'm mesmerized by it. I love the transparencies and the satiny textures. It looks like a caterpillar on fire. Wonderful image John. :)

Just because you said that I found myself staring for a long time, until I realized the image was staring back! lol I like the dimensional quality. There appear to be purple light discs running through the center.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
