Too far to turn back, but not too far for beauty, apparently. This looks simply terrific and feels rather tranquil - maybe it really is the ending of a journey or process...

I am honoured to be listed as a friend or to see an image of mine as a favourite, but I keep lists of neither. This helps me appreciate images uploaded by strangers as well as friends. Please understand that a failure to reciprocate in kind indicates a lack of appreciation for neither gesture nor work.

Okay, now this is really getting ridiculous. Don't ask me to explain. I really do like the image, though. But you've got to stop reading my mind!

Ah, these are lovely autumn colors and a great choice for this glowing image. I am keeping it.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

This image seems to be indicative of that tunnel we keep hearing about that one passes thru after death. it's a keeper. Love the blend of the colors.
