This is Many Glaciers Lake in Glacier National Park, Montana. The park has so much to offer nature lovers, shutter bugs,history buffs, or like me, a combination thereof! The boat you see will soon be picking me up for a trip across the lake, a nature hike across to another lake, where I hop aboard another boat which takes me across that lake. Then I reversed the whole process. lol Lots & lots to see here! If you ever get a chance, it's a long drive but well worth it! Thanks much to all for looking and commenting!!

OK, I have heard of plane hopping and island hopping and alot of other hopping but never lake hopping! lol. What a sparkling beauty this is and obviously a gorgeous day. Breathtaking leaps (get it...leaps...hops....giggle, giggle) to mind here for me. Very well done!

You can really get a sense of how huge this place is by the size of the boat in this Dan. Looks like neverending beauty as far as the eye can see too. Your description of it makes it sound like the perfect place to go for a day of fun and excitement. Any towns, motels or campgrounds nearby? Looks kind of like Alaska sans the snow by its vastness.Beautiful capture!

What a spectacular view! The mountains are awe inspiring with the dabs of creamy snow. I like the way you captured all the Vs of the mts.Nice grouping of trees on the left.
