"Just look at that there mountain rising out of the forest Silver! I think we're gonna have to swim fer it!" lol! well you need to get closer Dan to really see it in all its glory. Is this scenery never ending? If it is anything like Alberta and the Rockies then I know the answer already! :) lovely image by the way Dan - I digress too much! ;) Patti
Whew! We are having some pretty postings today. Gorgeous. Love that framing. The thumbnail is pretty enough but the download-magnificent. The way the sunlight catches the leaves is stunning. And then, there is the sparkling water. Excellent, excellent.

Wow now that's what I call a rock!!!!!!! Did ya climb to the top of that baby Dan? We'll probably see the shot from the summit tomorrow right? :-) Thanks Dan you're an ok ol' cowboy ya know that.
Just when I didn't think the scenery of this place could be more beautiful you post this!Truly a sight to behold Dan. Perfectly framed by these trees . Wish I was on the water right now in a boat doing some fishing whether they were biting or not. The scenery would more than make up going home empty handed. Simply gorgeous shot !
Whoa Dan ... A magnificent capture. Perfect composition too with the lighting & natural framing. That mountain is a beauty & if this is your last post on Glacier ... well you saved the "best" for last. Looks great on the desktop also. Excellent work. Oh & fav's also.
Breath-taking! And I have to admit, ever so reluctantly, that I am glad you DIDN'T move two steps to your left before snapping this shot. I was thinking if you had, the v-shape of the water between the trees would've been directly under the inverted V of the mountain, which would've been a cool effect. But it probably looks better this way.
WOW what a wonderful looking mountain. I like the tree line on the base of the mountain and I also like the position that you have taken the photograph from. Great work
