A wonderful capture Dan ... There is something special about little boys & climbing trees. Your nephew looks like he is enjoying the moment ... getting his picture taken while picking apples. Beautiful colors also. Very nicely done & thanks for sharing.

Looks like from his mischievous grin that he takes after you, Dan :) Picking apples with my Mom, Dad, aunts and uncles is a memory I'll have for a lifetime. It's nice to know that your nephew will have that same experience too. Nothing like spending quality time doing the simple things that make life worthwhile! Composition is great, and the clarity lacks a little with the overexposure on the leaves, but I'm so glad you posted this as it takes me back. Looks like he got him a good 'un with you as uncle :)PJ
He looks as though he is having so much fun up there and I just love the smile on his face. I see he takes after his Uncle Dan.This is just a precious capture and glad all of you enjoyed your day together.
Cute kid, Uncle Kidder. Terrific shot as well. Great composition which I'm sure was a spontaneous event. You never know where kids are going to turn up. He looks really happy to be up in that tree, but I guess that is one of the things kids love to do, boys and girls.
What a neat photo, Dan! You captured your nephew's personality so well - he's a cutie! Now just clone a worm into one of those apples and you have a winner LOL:))
Oh for *%#$ sakes! That darned child in the tree scared me! I did not see him there in the preview version of the photo and the lil' devil popped out when I full screened!
Nice and colorful, fun, and mostly apple juicy capture! I like it, even the cheeky tree child!
Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand.
