Amazingly beautiful Autumn colors. Even some happening in the foreground. I like how it's all separated by the green field and green shrubbery--really sets off the colors. And of course, the hay bale is in the perfect spot, not stealing attention but asking for just a bit, of which of course, I obliged :) Nice clear photo of a peaceful scene--keep 'em comin'!

Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand. ~Margery Williams The Velveteen Rabbit~

Twig's said it for me ....except I want to know where the horse it :)...lol...your composition here is indeed very nice, and I'm trying to figure out what bush or tree turns red in SD.......? It's a good thing you decided to capture this when you did, as I see you're having the same problem there as we are here..the foliage just wants to leave the trees in an all fired hurry. Nice shot, and the clarity is great as well :)PJ

Hay bales are so photographic. The colors in this composition are rich. The trees the brush and the grass all all different. but complimenting colors. Nice.

I saw those bales of hay in the fields and thought they'd make a nice picture and you have really done that! Love the composition and the colors you've captured and the title is perfect.
