A threesome of Candian Honkers fly just over the tree tops. Taken with my new camera which I am still a little leery of & shaky at! lol Be patient with me as I learn it's "ins & outs". Kodak Z710

Dan, I'd say you and that new Kodak have already gotten to know each other quite well. This is really in sharp focus and a great shot! Honk, Honk, Honk! :)o

Wow Dan. Perfectly clarity and very nice composition. Bet they made a lot of noise honking as they flew by ;) Nicely done. Thanks for sharing this one.

Great pic, Dan. You're doing great with that new equipment of yours..you still haven't sent me your old cam...still waiting for it in the mail..*taps foot* lol...I'm surprised you didn't see more geese than this flying south for the winter. We're getting quite a number of gaggles flying over, or do your birds get enough to eat there in SD? They really raise quite a racket as they go over, and oftentimes you'll hear them first, even if you're inside!!!! :)PJ

Well, you're off to a marvelous start with that new camera. I always loved my Kodak. Still do! I saw some of these guys fly over today, but didn't have a chance to grab my camera. Nice capture of them, Dan. This shot is so clear even with the geese so high up in the sky. I can see all their colors and markings quite well.

Isn't it fun getting a new camera Dan ... I have a Kodak P850 & after 6 months I'm still trying to figure out what some of the settings are. LOL. They are great camera's ... you will enjoy it. Excellent shot Dan ... I've been seeing quite a few geese heading south for the winter. Wish I was heading in that direction also. Very nicely done.

I know you've heard the old saying "Sharp as a pin" and that is exactly what this is Dan.The colors look so rich in this and the geese are so clear even in the distance. Looks like you're going to be posting some knock-out photos once you get the hang of that new camera.
