Wow ... those are good sized work horses ... I like their markings & they really can pull heavy loads. A fantastic shot Dan ... looks like they had alot going on at the apple orchard. Well done.

They're good, sturdy stock, Dan; work-horses are to be admired. I hear them talking ... one is saying to the other, "Check out that guy with the camera, will ya? Damn, I wish I was a llama!!!" Good one, Dan! :))o

Pretty fancy leather work for a horse that brings home the bacon :) Nice shot, Dan. This is very colorful and although they look as if they could carry a heavy load, they're acting a bit camera shy here ..lol :)PJ

awwww well ..........I want to set them free!! they look like they would rather be running around the fields than pulling people around in carts! :( this is a good capture Daniel - and mainly because it captures the look of discontent on the horses faces! undoing the straps while no-one is looking! ;) Patti

Dan, thanks for all the nice input on my images. I was just looking at the apple haulers and I forgot what you said your new camera was. Can you refresh my memory? I keeping tabs because someday I want a new point and shoot. Thanks. Cindy

I'll take this ride over a tractor ride any day Dan even if it is a good bit slower. They are some big horses too and look like they have plenty of stamina. Very nice post of these beauties.

Not much "Horsepower" left nowdays. We need to capture as much of it as we can for posterity. Very nice image Dan. Thanks for sharing.

Gorgeous team. Those guys are probably a lot tougher and stronger than what people think and have more Guts and Heart than any tractor today. Great 'historical' shot.

It never ceases to amaze me the different harness configurations that all get the same job done-to pull a wagon. I found myself studying this for a long time. It is captivating. Well done.
