Well, the geese got shy in this shot and were all at the other side of the pond as you can see. This is another shot from the quarry in Arrowhead Park. I liked the reflections and the look of the quartzite walls on the other side. Hope you do too! Thanks everyone! I really appreciate you all!

this is a very pretty place Daniel, even if the geese are sliding downhill! just kidding, but I do have to say it would be even more perfect if the water was straightened up just a little bit. the colours are really beautiful and you have given it a very soft touch! just lovely it is! ;) Patti

That's about the best capture of water I have ever seen. Man, is that natural appearing. You sure nailed that baby. The entire composition is lovely and serene. I like the wooden fence and the how it stands out just right in the composition. This is goood.

It looks like a drawing. Nowhere in this world can be such a beautiful lake. Really, this is a great shot. I like the mirror effect a lot and I wonder, what you have done to this poor birds before ...

Maybe if you hadn't been standing there with a napkin tucked in your shirt, a knife in one hand and a fork in the other those geese wouldv'e come a little closer ?? LMAO :-) Good job Dan, the water, the shore, and then the blue in the background makes for a great capture buddy.

Yeah, those geese are definately 'shying' away from you! I like the fence. The rest of it is really nice, too!

This is such a pretty place Dan with the pond and the small rolling hills in the background. LOL at Johns comment about making them lunch. The rippled reflection is very nice in this also. Good work my friend :)

The reflections got me, Dan. They are great, and I try for shots like these a lot, but never get nearly as close to such an excellent post. Well, what can I say about the ducks? You probably forgot to pay them overtime and they were all on strike..you know, you have been working them pretttttyyyyy hard lately..lol..nice post, my friend :)PJ
