A close up of some of the river water/ice reveals an interesting pattern. Frozen bubbles perhaps?

Is the ice melted yet? Took me so long to get here, I was afraid the light would fail or Mr. Cowardly's prediction might have already started happening..lol...looks like trapped snow to me, Dan...can't tell though, but it sure makes for some fancy frosty patterns...you're right..but I see that it's still not completely frozen. It was in the 30s here today. Walked around with my coat open...not time yet for bathing suits, unless you're a polar bear...lol...

Taken at a great angle, Dan which adds to the sense of it flowing across the screen even if it has slowed down some because of the ice. It's interesting that those bubbles got caught up in there and I think John has a working theory there. lol

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Very nice Dan. Makes me glad I'm sitting in my recliner in front of the fireplace.
The patterns have real eye appeal.

Just think Dan if these ice crystals have a different pattern like snowflakes there must be a kazillion designs here LOL. Very interesting design in the water too. Looks almost like some type of animal has been through here. Very nice.
