It almost look like black/white, but there is a bit of sunlight in almost yellow at the sky ... It is a lovely shot and it could also be an evening sky. Great job done here. I love this shilouttes.

It's a perfectly lovely silhouette, Dan. And it reminds me of rain with the dark clouds behind it and the..wait..this must be a weeping willow ?? Perfect for this type of shot. Very artistic, my friend.
You have to dream, you have to have a vision, and you have to set a goal for yourself that might even scare you a little because sometimes that seems far beyond your reach. Then I think you have to develop a kind of resistance to rejection, and to the disappointments that are sure to come your way.

The branches look like tenacles ready to grab you as you walk by them. This reminds me so much of when I was small and would imagine the trees and branches starting to look like monsters the darker it got outside as my sister and I were playing. Great shot Dan.
Thanks in advance for everyone's kind words in regards to my pics. <a href="http://www.caedes.net/Zephir.cgi?lib=Caedes::Gallery&author=jodie38mader&page=1.
What an interesting shot, Dan. At first glance, I thought it was raining and there was light from car headlights ahead. The full view shows me I was wrong and so does your comment. Now I can see what appears to be the moonlight. What a great mood shot. I love those graceful lines of the tree branches.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Awesome work Dan! The silhouette you captured here looks great! I think if you were to take it into an image editing program and lower the gamma a little bit, it would look a bit better (just an idea for a second post). Besides, I like it better when things are the way they naturally look.
