This was my first attempt at capturing fireworks. These were coming from our local baseball stadium the other night. I live several blocks away, and when I heard they were having fireworks thought I'd set up the tripod & give it a go. Trickier than I thought! lol This is the only one I got that I thought was worth posting. lol

Oh boy tis the season, my dog is scared to death of fireworks so it just doesn't hold the same fun for me since I got the big baby. LOL

Boy howdy, Sheriff...you're a better man than I...wait...I'm a woman...scratch that. You've done a good job here, and I'd really like to try that this summer, but I'm not sure I have the courage to put my camera up on a tripod in a crowd :)

Fireworks are tough to capture. This is not bad. Great first try.

With my old point and shoot I used to get great fireworks shots, but I tired this year with my SLR and its not easy. I did not keep any from my feeble attempt. Good try.
