And now for something COMPLETELY different.....that's an amazing piece. There's so much there, that I was sitting here for the longest time staring at it. Guess that means I'll need to put it in my...something...can't think of what category...folder. Nicely done, Dan :)
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
Where have you been hiding this one Dan? LOL. I love this sculpture- it' just too beautiful!. I also like the framing you've used. It really seems to enhance your post. Good job my friend!
Man that's really cool Dan, got such a variety of art there.....I didn't think cowboys were the artsy type. Shows what the hell I know........again. ROFL

"Imperfection is beauty; madness is genius & it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring. And when it comes down to it, I let them think what they want. If they care enough to bother with what I do, then I'm really better than them."--Marilyn Monroe
Very interesting sculpture and difficult composition. Your capture of it is excellent and crisp and the use of the spotlight really shows up the sculpture.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.
