Hehe. Edit of image B. This is probably stupid to submitt...since I know the other version got rather low ratings. But so does many of my edits so it's not a big prob. ^_^ I actually had this version ready a long time... I made it before the "Penumbra" version. I changed it today to a bit brighter than my original file which was a tad bit too gloomy maybe. =)

Beautifully done, Klas, and (as I quickly add it to my Favorites) I must admit that I much prefer it to Penumbra Gorgeous colors, great composition, WOW...

Thank you so much Mary. :) That's good to hear. I made a lighter version of Penumbra too that's rather nice but I don't think it got so much better that I'll bother to upload it.

Thank you Bob. I like the mood in this one too. I think it's the gloomy winter weather around here that I try to express in this and "Penumbra". ^_^ Hehe. lol! You should have seen my original version. you will have to trust me but that one was too dark... :)

Ahh im all for the dark ones.. :D nice feel to it...i can see where reddawg151 is coming from and eddies of frozen petrol rainbows swirling over a discarded hubcap in a post-apocalypse world of dusk :).. i think i'd like to see some subtle (almost invisible against the darkness ) debris of my imagined apocalypse in the background :D

I'd like to see that too. ^_^ But I don't know how to make that. :/ I think just black is a bit boring maybe... but it's the best I can do at the moment. All my tries to fill that space have ended in failures. We can't all be artists. :D

very subtil and very interesting. I quite love it actually^^

I like the fact that there's not very much elements here. all that black empty space is a nice change. ( having the bad habit to put too much myself...^^).

very well done klas

Good work, Klas. I really like this effect. A little dark, but I like that and the colours are great. Love that sort of crackle glaze effect.

Thank you Matthew. I'm glad you liked it. The cracks in the edit is actually from a photo of a knick-knacks glass ball with a crackled surface. I layered it under image A with some blending effect. I played around for hours to get it right. ^_^

I am going through the gallery and asking everyone who hasn't done so to note in their comments which starter image they used, it is a requirement if you want to be included in the judging. Thanks!

PS Tsk tsk Klas! ;-)

i see the shadow of a guy through a cracked, distorted, stained-glass window where the staining went awry. i really like the feeling i get from this.
