A continuation of my manipulations with images similar to my earlier "Neural Transubstantiation". I hope you don't think it's too crude. (It's not like I don't see some of the weak points in the design. ^_^) Please comment if you have any thoughts about it. :)

It's not so much its' darkness that makes this spooky but the startling contrast with the lighter shades combined with the entrapping look to the webbing and drawing you inward to the unknown...ominous, yes, but being a fan of the scary stuff, fascinating also...a kind of fatal attraction...excellent image in its' ability to affect.:Pat.
