Excellent capture. You have managed to get simplicity and perfection all wrapped up into one outstanding composition. VERY WELL DONE ! ! ! ! thanks for sharing, Don
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I'm so glad you partnered this with "O#1". Most of the possible superlatives have been used by the folks above so I will just say I agree that this is beautiful.
Well, I've got it in my faves, and not that you were asking us to compare the two, but I like this over the other upload you sent along. It was lovely, but I'm in the mood to see the "whole" thing, I guess. lol...I think that cabin fever is starting to set in already :)PJ
And once again you have captured somethng so precious!! I hope the day will come when I will be able to do a canvas painting of this one my friend! I usually paint sunsets etc, but at times flowers, and this one will be gorgeous painted as well as to see your photo of it. Thank you again....for such loveliness that you have captured so perfectly...verena
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Orchids are already fantastic flowers and it takes a real master to be able to enhance their natural beauty - you're the man Kristof. Hats off to you.
Cheers,
Steve.
