You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

I love the striking contrast between the bright red of this lady bug and the soft white background. Sheer poetic beauty. :)

I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings: And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill. That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes. We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not. Yet so the universe was wrought . Thought is another name for fate. Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.

Excellent action shot of this ladybug. You caught her at the right moment - ready to fly away home. Beautiful soft lighting and colors. Very nicely framed. I'm not a fan of bugs, except for the ladybugs, so I appreciate this view - Thanks Kristof !
