Summer in Scotland!
Torrential rain pummels a remote and dilapidated cottage while a cloud covered, snowy Ben Vorlich plays the part of misty backdrop.
Taken at Doune, Southern Highlands, Scotland.
This is a real Scottish summer. I now al of it everything. We have made also several turning. But it remains a very beautiful country. Your will returns.

I glanced at your gallery. Very nice work. But this my friend is the "Standout" image in my opinion. SImply wonderful. Well composed and the mist covered earthtones blow me away. It's a scene I'm sure many artists would love to put on canvas. Excellent posting ... Thank you!
Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand.

I really like this photograph! I visited Scotland for the first time in February and guess what - I had sunshine for two days, but it did rain hard on the third day! lol! ..well just saw one of your images in the new images gallery and it reminded me of Scotland. Some very nice images you have there!

I know this photo has been up for a couple of years, but I'm slow about finding things, apparently :) I just love this; you've done such a lovely job of capturing feeling in an image. Quite nearly perfect, whatever that is, cos it really evokes a response in the viewer! If you ever consider having prints made of it, please msg me. :) ~ Leigh-Anne
When I was 10 back in 1963 we moved from Harrogate in Yorkshire to Dunblane in Perthshire which is only a few miles from Doune. I really liked Doune, especially the castle (where most of Monty Python and the Holy Grail was filmed) and this image has brought back many happy memories of the scenery and the weather!
