One of the things that I enjoy is capturing images with a humorously ironic twist. This is one of my personal favorites, but it will date me because it is a slide that I scanned to digital. For anyone familiar with Kansas City's Plaza area, you'll immediately recognize this iconic fountain. This particular angle shows Neptune's displeasure with the free periodicals available on almost any urban street corner. It's all about having fun!

Nature in all her glory is my uplift on life.

I dont blame him. I love historic sights and buildings but many times a perfect shot set up has been ruined by a big green plastic trash can. They could almost be personified, like a row of people in a theater with big hats blocking the view. Exellent spotting.
