First I want to welcome you to caedes. There are many great artists here and very good people...THis photo of the lighthouse is so beautiful. We have many lighthouses in ORegon too, and they are all such wonderful things. I like the colour you have used here. The ony thing I would say to change would be straightening the horizon line a bit. But the photo is great..verena

Good morning Ruby- The color scheme you have chosen is most fitting. Gives it an early morning look that is soft and dreamy.You've also managed to show how large the ocean is without taking away from the beauty of this lighthouse.Not easy to do but you managed quite well. Very nicely done.

This shot would make a wonderful postcard. The subdued color and light reminds me of times gone by.

Gorgeous photo. It is so smooth and peaceful. Very calming, and I imagine that it would ahve that effect on boats. What kind of post-processing did you do? I love it!

Hello.....As you can see, you was able to expose this image sufficiently enough to capture the morning light against the lighthouse...this helps to take the eye to the main focal point in the picture...I agree with Verena about the horizon...other than that....a very nice picture.....All the best....Mick.
