Oh, that is precious. And a black squirrel at that. Don't see too many black squirrels. I like your capture of the tree as much as the squirrel. The texture of the bark and the lighting is attractive. Did you use some flash? If so, it was well done. Very charming capture.

Oh what a cute little guy. I haven't seen many black squrriels mostly greys. Looks like he has a table with a view...nice image Ruby . thanks for sharing...Bill
Want black squirrels? Come to my yard .. must have 2 or 3 there at any given time!
Be that as it may, this is a great capture! He sure is having a feast on those Maple Keys!
Very nice capture of this fellow snacking Ruby!! Tell me Ruby, have you ever seen a black squirel with ared tail? My brother and his wife have one in there yard in Kinksville. I have seen it but not captured it yet....gerry..
We have a black squirrel on occasion in our back yard. Rather rare in our neck of the woods. Just as well, being an avid bird lover. Squirrels though oftimes amusing, plunder the bird feeders. Nevertheless this is truly a wonderful picture. Too bad the tail of this rascal is hidden from view.
