The last notes of a blues song, delivered from a golden throat, hover in the air seconds after their delivery. The title & description were inspired by an idle comment made by Verena. Thank you so much, Verena !! Made in Apophysis & cleaned up in PS.

What beautiful colours, Lauren! And the way you describe this creation is just perffect. I am honored that in some small way I inspired this....so that makes it all the more special to me of course. But how I love this type of design already!! Yes, the way the blue touches that gold...I can imagine seeing a musical last note this way. THis is gracing my desktop for sure...just as your other design 'Art Class' did...this is so unique....and thank you so much for being a tiny inspiration....I know that feeling, peoples art here has often inspired poetry and paintings for me....hugs to you today my friend, for such a lovely picture and comment.....V

I love this particular style Lauren. You are creating clean, classy desktops for my taste. The flow is so nice, the color tones in this one are particularly pleasing. Elegant against the black background. I like the way the light works too.

Amazing, to acheive such a refined feeling using only colors and shape. Its utterly beautiful, to see in the flowing ribbon the soft yet weighty music. In the colors, the blue and the gold, a sad women in her evening gown sparkling while standing alone on the stage. her voice undulating with those last few notes. the pause where the ribbon breaks, and that final tone. probably accompanied by a tear. thank you for sharing this =)

Very creative design, it really has the motion of the notes flying in the air, creating the melody, the gold colors give the perspective of the sound of music, cause u can see the music, but when you hear it, it give u a bunch of golden feelings in the mind...well done :)

Hmm...and I haven't commented on this before? I can't believe I passed this! Really nice job on this Lauren! I really like that glassy look of the image and the way the fractal seems to sway, like music notes, which is why I like the title :D To my favorites :D
