1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
3/4 to 1 c. milk
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
3 tbsp. sugar (optional)
Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole dish in 375 degree oven while combining flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk to the dry ingredients and stir until blended. (Method 1) : Pour the batter into the melted butter; dribble peach juice into the mixture and add peaches. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.

Not a big peach fan, but, I'll giv'er a go!! Can you sprinkle some chocolate chips and blackberrys on it?? Oh yeah, and some ice cream too babe...vanilla, if ya don't mind!! Hehehe!!

Lovely image. Wonderful depth and clear, beautiful details. Like layer upon layer of nearly transparent silk, gathered and folded, laid and stiched to produce a who world of colourful fabric hallways. Given this way of seeing it, of course, I don't especially want to eat it but I dare say I would feel differently if I saw it from the cobbler-perspective!
