I created this with Apophysis 2.08b, as always & it started out life as the most ungodly gnarl you've ever seen in your life. So I managed that & after much effort I finally figured practically no color worked either, so, here you have this kind of "ghostly" effect.

Anyway, PLEASE FULL VIEW !!!!! Or you'll miss the details & quite frankly, the fractal. *shrugs*

Thanks all. ;-)

Hello again Lauren! I adore the little purple touches to this creation of yours. This looks like a silver metal sculpture. The little squares are a perfect shape. And, again, I love how the end 'pieces' just kind of filter out. So Lovely. Verena

I like that 'lil touch of purple and how the end 'pieces' are fading away into the dark.

Lovely work, Lauren :o)

Hi Lauren ... welcome back. ;-) A beautiful fractal & I also like the almost monotone appearance. The purple adds enough color to give it some depth. Love the curvy (almost square) shapes too. Very well done!

I like this one even better!!! Sort of a blurry swirl type thing that keeps the eyes moving. Cool work Lauren!

I never could figure out the gnarl thing :P Beautifully minimalistic! I too, love the hint of purple, but I especially like the DOF you achieved and the groovy shapes! Very well done, Lauren! Faved.

Interesting. This just came up in the VB after a year, and I still love it. No wonder I faved it first time through.
