My mom passed away nine years ago this month. One of her favorite birds was the American robin. I have not been out to take pictures for a while, and although this is nothing to write home about, it is fitting that it was the first image I captured this season because I know mom would love it.

I still had you on my Friend's List and I must have placed you there some time back for a reason-good photos. Suddenly you have popped up. The robin is fantastic. I anxiously await more images from you. Glad you are back.
