This is rather tough to critique based on the horse. There are too many distractions to concentrate on the animal. A step to the right would have included the full
eye, but also included more of the white horse. The harness trappings(chrome at top)constantly pull the viewer's eyes away, as do the figures in the doorway. They are all interesting but detract from the horse itself.
Cropping even tighter from the left, to remove the chrome and much of the harness, and down from the top about halfway to the horse's neck, removes half the distracting influence. Cloning over the figures in the doorway with the soft colours just above them, removes the other distraction. A small bit of lightening around the eye socket reveals catchlights in the eye, looking right at you, Linda.
It's a good shot, but if you wanted the other interesting items to play a part you should have been farther away or less zoom, which made the horse too prominent to share the limelight.
