Cromwell, Connecticut, USA. Am I late for Foofy Friday? Isn't this akin to 'It's five o'clock somewhere? Here's an Evening Primrose bloom from one of our gardens.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

---Am I late for Foofy Friday?---

When a good friend visits you, asking: "Am I too early?", your probable answer would be: "Good friends are never too early, but only too late."
It's in contrary with a good image Thad: they are never too late!
Thanks for this good one!

The delicacy of the purple veins matches the delicacy of the stamen perfectly. I've heard the name before but have never seen the flower. Caedes is a horticulturalist's and botanist's training ground.
