My friend at Tulabi falls, buried in sand. I liked the light, tone and colours in this. Makes for a cheerful end-of-summer desktop.

To me it looks like a fun *evening* out. (What's the black at the top?)
The textures are nice. I would up the brightness some, though, to enhance the cheerful effect.

Definitely unique. The idea is good. To make a really good photograph, I might have spent a little more time setting it up: smoothing the sand, shooting at an angle that captures some of the subject (a profile on the face would have been nice.) The angle is somewhat antagonistic and leaves us wanting... I hope I haven't been too critical. It is a fun shot for sure, just needs a little help. Blessings, anne :-)

Thanks for the comments, I'm new to photography, so I really appreciate the constructive critisism. The "black" at the top is a line of trees, it's green actually, but if I upped the brightness I think that would come out more. And yesm setting it up more and getting more of the face I think would make it better. I'll take your comments under advisement and try them next time. Thanks :)
