From my Bald Eagle collection....:) This beauty heard a sound and gave me a better understanding of the expression: "eagle eyed"....:)

What I find most fascinating in this wonderful shot is the way the streaks of light strike those breast feathers. Really a great job with this post Terri.

You're so lucky Terri being able to get up close and personal to such magnificent raptors! You captured hisindignation and intensity of concentration perfectly - almost as if he's saying "excuse me - I'm hunting!". You've also captured well how even a large bird can blend into his environment. Fantastic.
