This is not the original sculpture, but a small model I bought to remind me of my visit to Italy and all its wonderful museums of art and sculpture. I must have spent nearly half an hour circling around this magnificent work, mouth open, marveling at it. The model is not bad, either, made, I think, in the Santini studios of Italy. I have posted this as I am presently recovering from a pacemaker implant, and tend to pore over old, pleasant memories. Sigh! Comments welcome.
