Spring Smiles Return!

These lovely litte daffodils have returned to brighten your day, and to interrupt the cycle of grim grey days, that abound presently, at least in the mid-west! I just couldn't resist! Also, I would like to apologize to those who posted sweet words on my image, "A Chrismas Tulip"! I was not happy with the image, therefore, I will delete it, thanks friends! Sincerely, Marilyn

Very nice composition and depth of field, and focus! I love the perspective you chose and the blurred on in the background. And the grand colors! They are so bright they look fake!!! Awesome job. Makes a great desktop. Two thumbs up.

Nice angel on this shot!!! I like it very much. My only piece of advice would be to darken the sky a little to bring out the clouds more..... The easiest way to do that in photoshop is to go to image/adjustments/selective color, select from the colors drop down menu select cyan and then move the black slider all the way over to the right. That will darken the sky without changing anything else in the image.

Hello Marilyn my friend! So good to see a posting of yours of course. And for you to remind us of what lies ahead, good ol' springtime, I think we need a bit of that. We've had so much snow already and are about to get very very cold icy weather, but thats ok too, because thats what the winter months are all about. The white feel rather good. But the colours of these lovelies of yours is wonderful. The warmth you radiate frombringing this to us is much more than only the colour of the flowers. YOU, my friend, are such a caring person to send us this reminder of Spring..thank you so very much...take good care of yourself!..verena
