I was at a wedding on Saturday and caught the carriage coming down a cobbled road, this was the only realistic place I caught it. Thought it fitting in B&W.

Stick it in the latest contest Mark..It's a winner..The only thing that spoils it is the drivers happy face..R.

A great entry, I like it.

Wonderful composition: good looking horses in mid stride (action), the concentration of the driver (frowning) and even better, no people in the background to clutter up the subject.

Such a beautiful shot and perfect in B/W Mark. I hope they are not the "Happy" couple. lol. You only needed one good spot to capture this timeless scene, and you were very successful.

This is sooooooooo beautiful. Imagine the fun it would be to use that carriage in a wedding. I LOVE how the horses look. You captured them perfectly, and I love the b&w so much. Plus I am enjoying seeing the stonework on the building and the cobblestones on the road...SUCH a lovely shot..I think the driver is snoozing eh?......thanx Mark...Verena
