I want to dedicate the next 3 pictures to my mother who passed away a little over a year ago. This photo and the next two were taken by my mother, who loved to get out as a hobbyist and take some pictures whenever she could. Her father was a photographer growing up, and she would always tell me interesting stories about photography from my grandfather in the 40s through the 60s. She would say "daddy would just be amazed to see how photography has progressed these days." She had the biggest, kindest heart of anyone I have ever known, and she will be forever missed and forever in my heart. She introduced me to photography as a hobbyist 10 years ago and I am so pleased to be able to carry on her love of photography on my own. I love and miss you mother - Alice Wilson 1938-2014

This is a truly beautiful shot taken from a wonderful POV. Your dedication to her memory is also very special.

So sorry for your loss. Obviously she learned a lot from her father.
