I really like this picture. Show's the authority nature has when humans aren't present and interferring with it. I love to see overgrowth on structures like this it's just soo neat. I also like the water, how it's clear and you can see the bottom, reminds me of my youth days when I lived in Washington state and we would wade through creeks and just gives me the urge to drive up north and take a day trip up a creek with my camera. Thank you for this wonderful picture.
Wonderful nature shot Darryl, I wonder how old this actually is? Nice clarity and balance. Bet it was just a beautiful place where you took this at. 10/10. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Wow, this has a lot to see in it. The water is so clear it appears as grass/vegetation at first glance. I really like the contrast with the shadows on the right side & the light on the left. Gives this image a lot of depth. The trestle itself is so fascinating.....I guess no choo-choos will be going thru! What a unique capture. Well done, well composed & well liked!! In my fav's on my HD & thank you :)
I like the riverine image here, but the trash in the foreground distracts one from the image. The trestle is the image. Maybe you could crop out the log-jam in the foreground.
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is a society, where none intrudes,
By the deep Sea, and music in its roar,
I love not man less, but Nature more
