Hard to believe this is a photo...almost something out of a fictitious place. Goes to show how close non-fiction has become to fiction. Anway, sorry about the tanget. Superb work. 10/10 and favorites.
When I was a kid, I used to take trips to the beach and the mountains. I've since decided that the mountains better suit my inner-being. This is a prime example of why I reached that viewpoint. Sooooothing the savage beast.
I love this, it's so easy to get drawn into the picture. Has there been some soft-focus going on? If so, that and the colour really do work wonders. Awesome!
Wow-it looks like a painting. I don't know if I would have thought to photograph something like this as it is a bit overgrown, but it makes a wonderful picture.
Gorgeous! Usually I don't like pieces with borders, but once again I've found an exception. ^_^ Beautiful job. The water does look a little unreal, though.
"I yam what I yam and I yam what I yam that I yam / And I got a lotta muscle and I only gots one eye / And I'll never hurt nobodys and I'll never tell a lie / Top to me bottom and me bottom to me top / That's the way it is 'til the day that I drop, what am I? / I yam what I yam".

This may be a dumb question that everyone knows the answer to, but where's Benson Creek? It looks like there's subtle differences in the vegitation and terrain from Rocky Mnt Nat'l Park in CO so I KNOW it's not here. (hehe, even I can use my brain sometimes!)
Anyway, I love this shot. You always get such good stuff, Darryl. I have a few good river shots but no money to develop my film *g~r~r~r* and I caught it in the perfect afternoon light too . . .
Darryl, I want to come shoot with you sometime. You know your area very well. You must, you are always finding and taking excellent captures. This one is no exception. 10x10 and in my favorites.
WOW!! Like where do you and photographers fine places so beautiful like this! The colors in this look great and the shot is so clear, no flaws! This is going into my favorites!
