Same location as Mjolnir. I played a bit with perspective to overcome the shortfalls of the 10-22mm lens that I used to capture the image. Anyone with a tilt shift in that focal range could have a sale on their hands;-)
Well hello Darryl! It is SOOO good to see a posting of yours, and this is absolutely breathtaking! The colour is fantastic and then that lightning..wow, I mean how often does a person EVER get to see something like this and then to top it all off, to capture it on a great photo shot...its just magnificient my friend!! Bravo!....verena
Still an amazing image. I like both views - I find it hard to choose one over the other. I like this darker effect. The lightning is striking ( excuse the pun :) with this colored sky. I like the dark blue/greyish tone to this image. Those trees are gorgeous with a silhoutted appearance. Great job again Darryl :*>
Picture Purrrfect .
A purrrfect world is what we all want, but, seems too unobtainable. If I've viewed and commented on your post, and you liked my remarks then NO THANKS is needed...just getting to see your wonderful work is thanks enough for me!!
Also BIG thanks to all who check out my work!! I appreciate any and all comments & feedback!!
Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful Darryl. Another image for my favorites and for my next desktop. Excellent timing on your part. Thanks for braving the storm and going after the "big shot". You did good my friend :~)
