The unsharpness is most likely caused by camera movement during the very slow shutter speed. You can sometimes get a bit more apparent sharpness adding a bit of contrast, and I did get more sharpness with the sharpen tool as well.

The shot is strange and it that it as it own unique toouch as a one off.
But yes it is a little blurred and I agree it must be camera movement.

A tripod would have helped on this kind of shot.

Interesting light, but agree with tigger this would have benefited from a tripod, would have been much sharper.
