The first photograph of my Pelican Series. I quite liked the unsual crop and composition of this one in particular. THIS PHOTOGRAPH IS A "MUST SEE" AT FULL SCREEN AND NOT JUST THUMNAIL. Thanks for looking.

What a shot! You got it at just the right moment. With his beak down like that he looks coy. He's even looking at you out of the side of his eye. The detail is superb, and the background element really draws you into it. Great, great shot.

Amazing detail..I would love to see the entire series. This subject is not one that is flooding the market. These pelicans are actual hams and what kind of camera do you use? I am checking out your web site. I am impressed and I dont impress easily!!

Hi Kimberly. Thanks for your generous and kind comments. My camera is an Olympus C740. It's primary purchase was for its great macro ability and I do recommend it.
