Another image from my day at Schönbrunn Gardens. The fog lifted at noon, and many ducks and gulls enjoyed the small area of open water at a fountain.

Und zur Abwechslung mal eine Kritik auf Deutsch, damit die neugierigen Holländer was zum Übersetzen haben, haha ;-)) Dieses Bild ist absolut fantastisch, keine Ahnung wie Du das gemacht hast, aber das gesamte Bild strotzt förmlich vor Tiefenschärfe und auch die Farben und der Kontrast sind einfach nur genial. Hut ab, liebe Mia, und gleich wieder auf, denn auf dem Eis ist es kalt ;-)) Dein Foto ist mit Abstand eine der besten Tieraufnahmen, die ich seit langem gesehen habe. Sehr sehr gut..., das gibt 'nen Zehner von mir - den hast Du Dir verdient :-))

Very sharp image. I really like the green on the male mallards, and the "puffed up" silhouette of the ducks. They all look like they are trying to stay warm by not moving, except for the one at the lower left with his neck bent. It's also nice that the ducks in the background at the top of the image remain in focus as well. Overall very nice work. Thanks for sharing!
