Waaahh, my jaw dropped when I saw this one. What is hovering above on the right? Is it a wonderful old covered bridge that I'm imagining? I notice you have a couple dead pixels which show up as red specs. My old camera had quite a few and a quick touch with the clone stamp always cured it;-) You have achieved a wonderful exposure. Your talent is growing with each new image Mom;-)
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

This must be seen full size. The reflections and images jump off the screen when you give them a chance. Like the sunlit trees in backdrop and shadows on the water. Very good Mimi.
Oh, of course I saved this one in my water fave file, and I agree with Mayne's comment on this well-composed pic. I couldn't find the dead pixels, but I'll be sure and watch out for that on my uploads.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
As this was downloading I was taking in all the wonderful colors and reflections that greeted my eyes and then when it was full view, "Wow" is all I could say. Such a lovely composition Mimi.
Hi Mimi,
