I am interested in some feedback on this image. I was captivated by the amazing reflections on the water and the mallard was shining so brightly in the sun. Comments/critiques are requested so I can learn. Thanks :~)

Great shot, Mimi - tremendous detail on the duck, and the primary-colour reflections are not what you expect to see on a nature shot! Did you try any without the duck, focussing on the reflections? I'd think you might have got some interesting "found abstracts" from that.... Nice work :-)

The blue of heaven is larger than the clouds...........
The reflections are from masses of red and yellow tulips along the lakes edges. They were so brilliant in the sun and very, very rich looking!

every day i find something new and interesting.. today is no different
The colors, I think (humbly), are a little distracting. the pretty green on the ducks head is rather lost in the confussion of the reflections. They do make it unique and something different but I wish it wasn't so overtaking of what I feel is the main focal point.

Awsome lighting, colors, details and reflections. Mallards may be common but they have some of the prettiest colors on their heads when caught in just the right lighting.
