This was taken from Mount Angels Abbey which sits high on sacred Indian ground in Oregon. The valley surrounding the Abbey was breathtakingly beautiful in the September sunshine. I have done nothing to this image except resize it. I don't usually shoot lanscapes (or if I do, I don't post them :), so all comments/critique/help are welcomed here. Thanks :~)

Yes its for sure beautiful there! I've been there many times. And you got a wonderful photo of the area. It's lovely how you got the different colours of the land in the foreground with the Cascade Mountains in the distance...Very nicely done...

I quite like it. A tad bit on the bright side but not so it's disturbing. ;) (You know me I can't *ever* stop commenting on stuff like that... ^_^) It reminds me of a landscape you might see in the middle parts of Sweden. I would reduce some of that blue tinting but I guess that's just one of my old mantras again. ;)

So beautiful and you managed to get the contrast just right (which is often a problem).
I love these landscapes because they are totally different compared to my own country.
Thanks for sharing!

What a beautiful composition you have here! and the pale colors make it look nostalgic. Very good work.

Yeah this is a classic. Fine realistic capture and comp. I always struggle with the whole enhancement issue--make it look best, or make it look like it really looked-- and I like the unretouched look of this image--conveys the pure albeit cooler September clear day light..

What a spectacular panoramic view, it gives an aerial feeling. I think you should take more landscapes if you get such incredible results. I like the natural layers of the colourful fields.
