It is too easy to whine when things go wrong and too hard to thank people for the things they do for you on site: just think about it....GIVE A MOD A HUG or even a GROPE today.....just do it....:)
Hehe, I just laid the camera on the floor. Had to put some stones and twigs under one side to get the right angle but that's all there is to it. It helps when the camera has a freely rotatable LCD display though :)
