I have no idea how you did that... I have lived all my life in false belief & conviction that these snails are about the ugliest critters in the world...:) This one looks like a butterfly amongst "ordinary" snails...
I agree as to ideal foofy - of a kind:)

Wow this photo is amazing and the colours plus detail are jaw dropping Doug plus spot on composition and great how you captured the slug as it reared up my friend.looking again I love the light of the wet skin on the slug, it perfect this photo.
